Your quote will be valid for 90 days for the date of this letter
A 35% deposit, based on the price above, is required to initiate the production of your stair. Proof of payment of the full balance owing is required prior to delivery. Balance is payable upon delivery.
All cancelled projects are subject to administrative charges and labor/material cost, up to and including the full price of the stair system. Please ask your Stair Consultant for full details.
Your staircase is covered by a limited one-year warranty on parts and labour. The warranty begins on the day the stair is shipped to your job site.
Please note that the stair deliveries are typically 7-9 weeks after we have received your approval of the final design, however this lead time can be impacted by several factors. Once we have received final measurements for your site, we will be able to give you a detailed timeline for your project, with an anticipated delivery date.
